The Company was established in 1986 in technical and financial collaboration with ProMinent Dosiertechnik Gmbh, Heidelberg, Germany, to manufacture and market dosing/metering pumps and allied products. The joint venture came to an end in 1988. Erbatech having bought the equity & technology from ProMinent, continued to manufacture and market pumps under the brand Erbatech
